Egad! Great GS work! Especially around the head. I can\'t say I would have made all the same choices you have, but I\'m horrible with the GS.
The paint job reminds me of old schoold GW, but done right. Bright colors, clearly defined. (OSGW) But you have blended them correctly. There are two areas that don\'t live up to the high standard of the rest of the mini. The trophy racks and the hand. The skulls of the trophy rack are flat and blend in with the posts. It looks like they are part of the post. An additional wash followed by a drybrugh of whatever off-white you used on the \'nid claw would help. The blue helmet is little bland too. I think it should be dirtier. A severed head is not likelly to be this clean.
The hand on the sword is green, and so is the sword. The obvious solution is to change the color of one, or both. Or perhaps additional washes/drybrushes.
I\'ve never done blacklining, but perhaps that would help.
Green beside green can be done if one of them is more of a dull green and the other is a vibrant green. (or blue/green - yellow/green) Or...hmm....reverse the shading on one of them (Bright green washes, dark green drybrush)
Anyway. Once I complete a mini...I rarely go back and change it....just for touch ups really. Bot you asked for advice and here it is..
