My one hour freehand

I had to escape from my stonehorn... But will follow Andy advice when motivation comes back (WIP thread)

So I wanted to make a freehand, I just grab one stock mini and painted one of my metal band album cover on it... It was a really relieving feeling, I wanted this freehand so much, then after an hour I got this results, any comments are welcome
It is not that big around 1cm2...

Thanks guys, I found freehand quite funny, but I am not good enough for drawing on my own without model, not like many amazing "freehander" on CMON who can simply draw stuff on models from their imagination...
I like to get inspired by some drawings, illustrations, etc...

Wow kick ass. A bunch of cool minis I've bought in the last five years were for the cool sculpted detail on the armour or shield. Awesome to see there is another way to get that outcome.
