HI ATM, that's a classy Orc Shaman, thoroughly deserving of the effort you've put into the base. There are lots of nice touches but it looks as though the paint went on a little thick/dry on some of the highlighting. Some soft glazes over each area might help to smooth it all down.

The orange on the hood & staff are very close to the orange of the stonework, I'd like a little more distinction to help me clearly see the scene. Grey rock with blue tinged shading might have set him off nicely? Might be the picture though, it looks as though your light source is to the right hand side of the miniature rather than behind the camera?

Your blending looks a little chalky. Some more intermediate blending colors and steps will soften this out.
The figure lacks that extra bit of volume, atmosphere you could create with some more shadows.

Composition is great though.
