Napa Valley Painters/Hobby shops

Hey all,

I\'m moving up to Napa Valley for a new job (I know, poor me) and am wondering if there are any painters in the area (North Bay/Napa/Sonoma). I know there are some great ones in SF....

Also, I noticed that the hobby store in Napa was pretty pathetic. Can anyone suggest a cool HS in the area? SF is ok too (I don\'t mind driving an hour to enlarge my already huge stockpile of unpainted lead).

C\'mon over to Santa Rosa (30 minuet drive). There is a great game store here with TONS of stuff. I talked to the owner a few days ago and he said by summer they should be carrying Rackham. I\'ll try to get by there today and get you the address. By the way, Sonoma county makes wine, Napa makes auto parts.lol

From Napa, take hwy. 12 west till you get to Santa Rosa. 12 will turn into fourth street. Go into town till you come to Santa Rosa ave/Mendocino ave (Where Fourth crosses SR ave turns into Mendocino). Turn right onto Mendocino (now going north), go three blocks to 7th street and turn left. The game store is about 50 feet down on the left. It just changed names and is now something like Orbital Plane.

Thanks for the directions. I\'m moving up in the middle of April, so I\'ll take a drive over there sometime after that.

Any interest in starting a painting club?

By the way, nice OSL article, it\'s so good it almost makes up for your empty gallery
