1) The Miniatures Page - mostly gaming scale (28mm) stuff and table top level painting, but the people in the Napoleonic section of the forum are very into it. Posts questions and they will give you some great info

2) PlanetFigure - a site similar to Cool Mini but the people there tend to mostly do historical figures. It's got a bit of everything, but there is plenty of Napoleonic stuff there too.

If you're looking to see figures, check out
http://redlancers.com/. So many different companies make Napoleonic figures, but this site probably sells most of them. You can just browse or use their search function. It's not quite as easy as typing in Napoleonic, but type in things like "hussar", "dragoon", "Napoleon", etc and you'll find lots of stuff.
