I think necrons are Okay, but basically, it means I need new skulls for my boss polls.

It\'s weird how GW likes to stick to a less dynamic point in some models, but not others. Rugular Necrons are as geometeric as Space Marines, yet the C\'tan are dramatically posed. I guess this was to dissacociate them from each other, as C\'tan are a totally different race from the Necrons, but by their powers are now their masters.
As for people hating them cause they interfere with the Eldar background, they don\'t. Look in Codex: Craftworld at the thing with all the runes. Note the rune that means \"Soulless Ones\" These are the Necrons, the Slann were the only ones to try and stop them, but only succeeded in putting them to sleep becuase Necrons are suseptable to psychic powers. The newer tales of the harlequins tell of the fight against the Yngir, the demi-gods that helped Khaine bring down the children of Isha from Heaven, which are the C\'tan.
As for the remaining C\'Tan, things are not too good from them (but good for all non metal beings!). The Eldar recount that \"The Dragon sleeps on the Vaul-moon\" this can only mean Mars.. Makes you think twice about the \"Machine God\", no? The last C\'tan was called Outsider, feared above all others. However, the Laughing god tricked him into consuming his brothers, which made him go crazy and he was exiled. Supposedly, he will come again one day to take revenge on the Harlequins.
Thus, it does not seem likely that any more C\'tan will be released (unless they re-release Harlequins). As for me buying minis, I\'d be tempted into doing NMM on all of them with Victoria\'s glowing effects.. not that that\'s a bad thing, but I can only do so much..
