Need a bit of elp

So im painting this Dark Elf by RAFM mehbeh your familiar -doubt it- its really old. I bought it in my stores 1$ bin.

Anyways he came with a really neat crystal type base. Im thinking of painting similar to this

By similar i mean general color. So im just curious - what blues would you use?

Well, I usually paint the model as normal and then paint it with the darker tone of the light source colour (regal blue if you want to emulate the pic), then just highlight it till you get to ultramarine blue-space wolves gray (mixed 50-50%).
