Need Favor from News Moderator

For some reason, the front page mangled my recent news entry, wiping out the title as well as the direct link to the new tutorial I was posting about.

This makes the news article not as useful as it should be, to say the least.

Interestingly, the post that was duplicated to the News forum was more or less intact (except for the title, which I\'ve edited).

Can a news moderator correct the news on the front page, please? It doesn\'t have to be exact, but should at least have the correct title and tutorial link as in this thread: http://www.coolminiornot.com/forums/viewthread.php?tid=20713

Thanks, I\'d really appreciate it.

The news on the front page and the news forum use different code for many things so if you copy and past its a good chance they wont work.

For example to post a image in the forum you use the [img ] [/img] tags where on the front page you use the <img src=http://xxx.com> tag . Use the wrong tag and it wont work.

Yeah, I know that. The news display doesn\'t seem to space well with <p> or <br /> and returns as I normally get double-spacing. To avoid that, I\'d submitted with everything as one block with paragraph tags inside, and apparently it didn\'t like that either. All the mangling occurred right around the paragraph tags. No idea why the title was wiped out past \"new.\"

It\'s been resubmitted, Mike. Thanks, I really appreciate it. :)
