what I'd use to try to replicate it:
carapace: very close ones: black, P3-Coal-Black (dark, almost black turqoise), maybe lightened a bit more with some blue-greys (VAC-US Intermediate Blue is a great favorite for a similar color)
teeth-nail: I'd stay with standard VGC-Bonewhite - VMC-Ivory - VAC-White, maybe with ArmyPainter-SoftTone wash thrown in for shades
body: this one is the hardest... I'd use: VMC-Ivory, VMC-Medium Skintone (quite orange skintone), VMC-Orange Brown (as main color), VGC-Beasty Brown (or VGC-Dark Flesh glazes) for the reddish shades, VMC-Chocolate Brown (I think it's VMC, not VAC) or VGC-Charred Brown for the darkest parts.

2 alternatives:
- Ask the painter what colors and how he used them.
- reaper still has the powerpalette on their site: http://www.reapermini.com/PowerPalette/ then you can order the Reaper paints or look for alternative colors in other paintlines.

hmm, based on the powerpalette:
- carapace: black, grey liner, stormy grey, templar blue
- skin: lemon yellow, buckskin pale, palomino gold, tanned leather, sandy brown, muddy brown
- teeth: polished bone, aged bone, fair shadow

Thanks so much. It really helps out a lot. Also thanks for showing the power palette. Cool thing that I will use in the future
