I\'m about to purchase a GW/Forgeworld Grey Knight Dreadnought, but as it\'s already painted, and the paintwork doesn\'t really fit in with the rest of my grey knights, I could use some tips for cleaning the paint off it.
I love resins but I often make mistakes so I was taught Simple Green (all purpose cleaner) for the stripping and I have never had a problem.
A good thing is the model comes out smoother and with less flaws so it is a plus. (Or I am just fooling mysele into a positive attitude) but hey it works.
I start soaking when I have the time and know I am going to hang out after a bit 20 minutes of soaking I scrub with a tooth brush and see how easy the paint will remove then, I run clean water over the model and soak again untill the process is done. I use cold water.
I hope this helps you
