Need help with my french

I recently bought a Rackham Titan dragon in a french online store, but when I received the mini I discovered that it was missing some pieces. Instead of having a set of legs and a set of feet for the legs it was packed with 2 sets of feet.

I´ve written the shop twice (first time just over a week ago), but have had no reply so far.

I´m fairly sure that the problme is that they have no idea what I´m writing seeing that I´ve ordered with them before, and they have alwys shipped fast and reliable - they don´t seem like \"bad traders\".

However after shelling out 180 euros on the dragon I would really like a complete one

So - Are there any french speaking members who could translate something into french for me, so I´m sure that language at least is not the problem?

A picture of the parts laid out with circles where the missing items should be would be worth a thousand words....

Is the shop the manufacturer? It would be a producer problem, not the retailer\'s.

You need to be writing notes to Rackham.

@DR and Vern: Thanks for the tip - I usually use Google/translate myself. Unfortunetely all the online translators I´ve tried - allthough good at conveying the general gist of the text - aren´t really that great when writing someone in a different language i would think?

@Airhead: The problem is that I´m fairly sure Rackham have no resin stock left, and even if they did, afaik they were not tha actual manufactor. It was Fire Industries which are no more

So I´m gonna have to rely on european consumer protection and demand a refund or a hefty pricereduction from the seller(as I´m pretty sure they won´t be able to replace the legs).....
