I am renting out the third bedroom in my house and need a roommate ASAP. If anyone is looking for a place to live in the north texas area let me know.

Renting out the place for $350 a month plus 1/3 of utilities.

If I was still living around Dallas, I'd consider it. Unfortunately I'm now in Abilene for the next two years at least.
