NEED SOME HELP PLZ

Hi, I recently bought the amok slayers boxed set and I\'m going to paint Kal Shadar as a showpiece. He\'s the guy holding up the recently severed head. Any ideas of how the rackham team painted the silver metal with the rust? The bronze? The bluish skintone? Thank you very much. Here\'s a link to the mini:

hay...i`m not that hot with this blending thing mind you...but from the pic you where wise enought to link to your post...i think they just went crazy with the grey add miore white as you go approach.
I mean they had grey in the main colors,to tone it down,then as they went along,they continued to add more and more white to the paint,to get the final crisp edges,took years prolly!

That is a very very well done mini imho,and it would take me a month to paint it like that,hope this helps some.
