Looks like a Warzone piece, though I couldn\'t tell you the faction he belongs to...

okay just left comments on all those minis, woops forgot the black dude, ill get to him in a sec, i thinkt he guy you like is from target games Warzone as he looks familiar to many of thier models but im sure some bastard human mini encycopedia will prove me wrong. meanwhile my comments should go through whenever they approve em and ill leave one on your fav guy and also look for him online.

he might be from the brotherhood - characters at the bottom - since they dont got pics im not sure.
