Needle files

Yo

Never did get round to buying those files :D Anyone have a fresh opinion on this? Are diamond files suitable for modelling? What is the grit on those steel files on the heresy site? Cheers!

Have a look at Widget Supply. Worth shopping around though, eBay might be a place to look also.

Files are not all made equal though, some cut a lot better than others and it\'s hard to tell them apart without using them.

Yes. Diamond files are very fine usually, I think the grit # might be listed for some of them.

got a set of ten in all different profiles for about £2 from focus ages ago and they are still going strong.

Also got my clippers from homebase for about two quid, i have yet to break these and i have in the past managed to shatter about a dozen GW pairs

Hobby Craft sell a good set, can\'t remember how much they cost me, but it contains 10 needle files, they also sell a nice box of scalpels for cutting minis...........or the occasionaly surgical operation should the need arise :D
