I just knew the article would relate to me, when the keyboard used in the image is the one I am typing this reply on lol

Daaaaaang........ My wife made many of these observations (and, of course, brought them to my attention) years ago!

Best parts, The Project and The Cave - so totally true.

Excellent post, thanks. Way too relavent.

They missed the depression part. When the nerd is between projects and just isn\'t sure what to do next. Where he becomes listless and depressed. Slinking into his cave, but not doing anything there, as none of the curren ongoing projects hold any interest anymore.

Well that certantly cleared the air for gf, all the things i couldn\'t say, said in a user friendly idiot proof manner........a little chaotically written though :)

I immediately forwarded this to my wife and my oldest daugher (her fiance is a nerd too).

I\'m just not understood in my house, and yes, I have a cave as well.

Cool.

(Sorry, couldn\'t resist.)

Fairly amusing (and accurate) article. I definitely agree that they left out the depression when there\'s no new project; that one bites me all the time.
