a few commas and full stops put in place and it makes a lot of sense.

I think that GW may have problems creating a dalek army due to the copyright, but you could always make some house rules to represent them in your personal games.

Dang! I had some of them: Dredd (on foot and on bike), Anderson, the Death Judges.
Also had the old Doctor Who plastic daleks & cybermen.
