New Addition to the Family

Well, last November I had to put the best friend I ever had, Stormy the german shepherd, to sleep, because she had osteo sarcoma (bone cancer). She was only seven and I was devastated. I never went looking for a new puppy because, Stormy fell into my lap and I was kinda waiting for something similar to happen. Well, last week my sister calls me and tells me her best friend found a puppy in a ditch near where she lives (and she lives in BFE). Friday we went to pick him up, and he is my new buddy. He has a great personality and I have to admit that I am tickled to have him.
We named him Ollivander (name the reference), but we just call him Ollie.

My wife tells me she has never, ever seen me so happy:D Sadly the cat is of a differing opinion. (actually they get along very well, and the one command Ollie has learned is \"get the kitty\")

Aww, ain\'t he cute. The name ollivander rings a bell, but I can\'t quite remember from where. I\'m not going to cheat by googling it, either. :)

My biggest concern is if the name was suited to the cat or if the cat was suited to the name...It looks like a bit of a fu**ing mentalist.
Just as well ollie is trained o \"get the kitty\" lol Man your cat will learn to hate you XD

The cat looks like he is saying
\"Follow me dog! The world will be ours!\" ah la PvP\'s Scratch Fury, destroyer of worlds.
I\'m glad to hear that you found (or is it the other way around) somedog to fill that special spot in your life/heart. It does seem to me that this kind of thing happens quite abit. My first dog was a stray the stayed the night, and never left, up to the day that we had to put her down (old age 16+ years old, athrightus, and liver problems), and Romulis who my sister found in her garage, he\'s the reincarnation of Max (the rat cat) who also was a stray and unfortunately also had to be put asleep.
So I guess all I have to say is \"Long live Ollie! May he bring happiness, love, and a little magic to your home.\"
