I decided to paint this amazing mini in a colorful and blinding color scheme... joking... it\'ll be pale, snowy, frosted and dark (at least i\'ll try to paint it in this way...)

started with the face, only the monochrome base painting now, i have to paint all the subtle colour variations like lips nose eyelids)

ps the shadow under the lower lip isn\'t painted, it\'s a natural shadow due to the light

cool, but I think that it look like a black and white photograph, if you know what I mean. to get it could and pale I would add a little purple to the skin.

I\'d not noticed before, but the mouth on this dude is extremely wide isn\'t it? I\'d be tempted to do a bit of filling and resculpting around the edges. The underpainting looked fine to me, so I am wondering what sort of improvements the repaint has made.
