Wow! Such a contrast between the chaos and panic on the faces of those in the foreground, with the apparent calmness of Tank Man in the background. Great photo!
 
Wow, Steelcult. I was in the National Training Center, Fort Irwin California / Death Valley for desert warfare training when this was going on. This was a trip in the time machine for me. I remember seeing the \'popular\' photo quiet literaly in the desert and the \'rumor\' of war was rampant. God bless you for bringing me this photo and making me aware.

No problem - I was in Plano - spent the weekend watching the whole thing unfold and then collapse.

Buddy that I was hanging out with\'s dad was in China when it was going down - and trying to get the hell out.
