New BIG Project

Hi there I recently started this new project and I would like to share it with you and maybe get some feedback and commnts.

After building some cool orky stuff for one of my best clients he decided that it\'s time for me to go really BIG! He asked me to build him one big Gargant!!!

I decided to build it level by level and because it would be about 18\" high had to start with something big.

1st level - his gut with huge belly cannon and some shooting positions with large area for his troops.
2nd level would have big furnace (engine room) and small command center.
3rd level - in progress.


So... here are some pictures of the lowest level

I left the first level for now and started to make second level. I had to build it in sections because some parts would have tobe painted befor gluing them together. it was a lot of fun. As you can see my Gargant wuould look like it was in some terrible battles but thanks to that you will have an ocasion to see it on the inside.

During construction I decided to add LED light to the second level. Ihope that it would look real cool when its finished.

The outside panelling is nice and random and orky - but the insides could be imperial!

I suggest you don\'t worry about neatness so much!

Do you have any convept ideas/sketches of how the feet and weapons arms will fit out, as I will be borrowing heavily from this when I make mine!

This thing is coming along great! Very nice modelling on your part. One thing though (it has been said earlier as well), the inside doesnt look orky enough. Maybe some ork glyphs or some dags and checks?
