New chaos warriors and GD uk

I think it is going to be ridiculously popular due to how damn good they already look. Plus with Storm of Chaos going on, all the gamers who enter the painting comps will be entering one, but as for anyone with real talent? Who knows, but I\'d still be afraid of your entry getting swamped by thousands of similar entrants, good bad or indifferent, that the judge might just go, \"Ugh, not another one!\":flip::bouncy:
I wouldn\'t bother trying to second guess the GD. I used to try and guess which categories the \'big boys\' would be entering and then enter other ones, but it never worked.
Yes, the chaos warriors will be popular. But don\'t let taht stop you, if you have a good image in your head of what you want the mini to look like, then go for it. There were a lot of beastmen last year, but that didn\'t stop the good ones placing.

I think there will be a lot of them there. I also think the people who do them are gonna be the people who ain\'t gonna win anything, if you think that you can put forward an amazing unit of these guys then I think you should because the major \"playas\" won\'t touch them with a ten foot pole!
With the new chaos warriors I think that first appearances are a bit deceptive... At first glance they seem to be quite static in pose and quite unconvertable, but given a little thought they can be converted and painted to be a really suitable mini for attracting attention to itself in a large event such as gamesday - an event where there are a lot of minis demanding to be looked at!

This is a downer to find everyone and their furry uncle painting one, as I just bought the peices and began the conversion for a chaos warrior entry for GD chicago! gerar!

Mike Anderson is working in-house at Fanatic now so he wont be entering regular Golden Demon (except perhaps the Open).
But I must say the new Chaos Warrior plastics are very deceptive. I\'m putting together a unit of them and there\'s a good amount that can be done with them. More than you\'d expect. Lovely figs really.

i think there will be plenty new chaoswarriors entered
But same goes for Valten MK3, Belakor (whatever his name is correctly spelled), conversions based on Archaon and so on
Anyone wants to make a bet how many new Valten-based minis will be entered? I´d say at least 12 lol
oh damn and i wanted to enter a unit of those bulky guys on german GD, still hope to be able to win anything The major-problem i see is, that unconverted chaoswarriors might bore the jury once they´ve seen some regiments. So they won´t have such a good chance. But if you are able to convert them (not just weaponswitching) let´s say like the ones from Mike Anderson there are really good chances to see them cut the first bread.
@Avicenna btw Pete are your warriors still looking a bit like mine? Maybe we can do a big regiment instead of 2 small lol
