The second and fourth appear to be the same figure however???

Just a couple of things for consideration:

You might want to experiment with different coloured backgrounds...Light/dark mottled etc. There is nothing wrong with what you are using, but a really complementary background could easily earn you an extra point or so.

Also, you might want to consider various types of lighting, using white card to reflect light back at the figure, difusing the light source etc. 39203 which is a dark figure would definitely benefit from some carefully placed reflectors to help bring detail out from the depths.

These are good pictures.

I suggest giving Finn\'s ideas a try esp. using some white paper/card as reflectors. For background I would try a light grey. It is still very light, offers a good contrast but is easier on the eyes.

Overall a big improvement compared to your previous pictures :)
