Ok so here is the finished figure of the one of the dwarf figures I showed a while back.I hope you guys like this one. Any and all critisms are welcome. Thanks for your time.

He must have a short beard because he is a baby; a new sculpt.

Maybe after a few weeks on CMON he will ahve a nice BIG beard :p

Too funny, that is exactly what I was thinking when I saw the beard! lol

I really like this figure. Interesting and different take on a dwarf. First think I would do though is give him a proper weapon, like a good solid axe....

Will this be cast? I\'ll take two!!!!

Very nice looking dwarf you got there SIGIL. I personally like my dwarfs to have longer beards, but it does lend some personalitly to the mini. Not a huge fan of the short sword, like grumb I perfer dwarves with Axes.

Ah, it is good to hear someone else promote the virtues of the battleaxe over wimpy finesse weapons... :D

Great miniature!
I\'ve never been a big fan of dwarfs... but that one I like very much :). Especially because of the short beard and absent moustache. He\'s the first dwarf I\'d like to paint.

But as it was said before: the sword is a matter of taste.

Great textures and a tough face.
Personally I would have left the beard off alltogether.

Very nice.

Like Grumb and others, I\'m kinda picky about how my dwarves look, so I was surprised that I liked this sculpt as much as I did. I prefer axes, hammers a distant second. Crossbows, never bows. And occasionally I don\'t mind the shorter beard, like this sculpt. But thank YOU for not giving him a horned helmet!

I should\'ve contacted you about helping me convert a mini...oh well.:)

I can\'t quite decide about this one.
It kind of reminds me of one of the old
Planet of the Apes movies, for some reason.

WOW! I did not expect this much interest. Many thanks everyone! yes this figure will be cast up as soon as possible. I have yet to research casting services.... well recently that is.....

I was really worried that the look of the figure might no tgo over well at all because of the lack of exaggeration on the beard, and the other breaches of the fantasy archtype for dwarves.

I am sorry that the sword is not very popular but I got really tired of seeing dwarves armed with nothing but axes and hammers. I will be posting up some new figures before too long. I am hoping to be done with at least two more dwarves before the next two weeks are out. And I have a couple of elves right behind them. Anyway I am really glad that everyone has liked this guy so far. I will be sure to keep you guys posted on the relese date and how to order him just as soon as I iron out the details. :D
