Another superhiper Gamesday mini , what is indeed a total hmm (not to say crap) laydown.

Imho legs are to small , claws to big , and if he\'s an ultramarine veteran than I\'m a marmoset (hi Bill ;) )

As far as I know ultramarines are stylised for Roman legionaries...

He has a mohawk :D:D:D:D

And the xcroll between his legs looks very very similar to terminator Chaplain\'s

hmmmmmm..not sure on this one myself..
Suppose it sort of fills a gap in the range..

Agree with the similarities in the details to the chaplain..Not unusual for GW though as they often release minis that don\'t quite cut the regular range selection as special editions..
The dwarf on demon head is the first in a while that they have sculpted especially and imho makes for a better piece..

will reserve final judgement until I see it in the flesh..

btw don\'t you find all the metal vets have seriously sknny legs ?

Also there is something very wrong with his hips - his legs look like they would be too far apart from each other - maybe this is why theay gave him the scroll between his legs :D

Without the scroll he would look like he was sitting on a tree trunk for 30 years and then got off :D

Who is to say romans didn\'t have mohawks? They had on their helmets :D

Anyways... I kinda like it... from a non sculptor kinda view, it\'s good, not so fond of the head though :p But anywho...

I wouldn\'t mind painting that

I think you might be right Neil... as far as I am aware, the 2006 mini worldwide is the Dwarf Golden-Demon Slayer...

or at least i bloody-well hope so! Otherwise I need to speak to someone about getting me one ;)

There\'s a \'promotional\' ie limited edition veteran serg on the release list leaflet for Cities of Death. I guess this is it, rather than him being a GD figure

well, I guess this answers the question of what a SM looks like when he\'s crapping in his armor. I have no other explination for the pose... he even has the bashful downward turn to his head.
