I\'ve never been too much into sci-fi. Usually because of the high cheese factor. ST-TNG was fun to watch, and I have seen all the Star Trek movies, but Star Wars has always been head and shoulders above everything else.
I\'m not even sure what some of those are, on that list....

Voted for Farscape
Loved Farscape (have all the DVD\'s), but I really liked Babylon 5 after Bruce Boxleightner joined the cast. (B5 sucked before that.)
Hated it that both shows aren\'t aired any more.
Did anyone ever watch the one and only season of a great show called Firefly?

I really like the new Battlestar Galactica (Liked the old one too). V (with the fascist lizards from outer space) is also an old favourite.
Farscape is an Australian show, voted by TV guide to be \"the best sci/fi show no one\'s watching\"

Sorry about forgetting Stargate, I didn\'t do it on purpose (even though I hate it). I don\'t think I would count X-files as pure Sci/fi, but whatever floats your boat.
Edit: Holy Sh_t! I suck, how could I forget Babylon5? I used to play the miniatures game! Hated the show though... Chekov, YOU TRAITOR!!!

I take myself far too seriously too, but I did notice the lack of Red Dwarf on that list.
That show was brilliant. AND enjoyable, AND well written..

I always liked the series \"Wild Wild West\" and it\'s often considered the first successful sci-fi series in America.
Quantum Leap is a good serious one not on the list.
(edit) - what about Aeon Flux, or Planet of the Apes, or Land of the Lost, or for movies, the Land that Time Forgot, or Mysterious Island, or or or. Gah! Too many:flip:

I have no clue what Red Dwarf is, and although I remember a show called Quark I have no idea what it was about.
I would definately have put B5 and SG on the list instead of the last two had I remembered them.

Def. Red Dwarf! The episode where Lister tonguekisses and alien in disguise....wonderful!
Otherwise, the original Land of the Lost Saturday morning live action childrens show...spent many days as a child trying to figure out how to make a Sleestak suit with my Mattel Thing Maker...

I also want to vote for the \"Space Madness\" episode of Ren and Stimpy.
I\'m a Star Wars geek by default, as I haven\'t had much exposure to other SF series (I don\'t watch TV). However, having only Star Wars to draw on, I got realyl good at it. At the height of my dorkiness, I knew only one person who could best my knowledge of useless SW trivia.
