I\'m with you RedDawn. I loved Farscape and I think I\'ve seen every episode at least twice, including the final mini-movie they ended it with.
Firefly was GREAT! and tragically short-lived since Fox Network would rather forego quality written scripts in favor of brainless \"reality\" shows. I have the show\'s boxed DVD set which includes two un-aired episodes and extras..(I love the gag reel!)

We don\'t have the mini-movie of Farscape yet, but it\'s been a busy spring! AND, we heard about the Firefly movie and can\'t wait for it to come out!!! (We also have the full set of DVD\'s. I loved watching the director\'s comments - very interesting.) Yeh - Fox did us all wrong on that one! :flame:

But, even cheaper, I\'m sure they show it on one of your PBS (public broadcasting) stations in the area Markus. Check it out, thats where I became hooked on it. Even made donations to PBS because of it.
Real Red Dwarf fans may hate me as my favorite is Rimmer..

I met Nathan (the Captain) when he was just a kid. Then at work, a long time ago, when I mentioned my nerdy takeness with FF my bestest gal-pal Rachel said- \"oh, you mean Nathan\'s show, you like it, cool\". Turns out they were next door neighbors growing up and went to school from grade zip onwards. She hangs out with him all the time. He\'s supposed to come for some BBQ @ her shack this month- I\'ll meet him again soon. It was funny because- I hadn\'t realized I had met my gal-pal when we were kids before too. Too funny- small world.

I also searched \'Quark\', and remembered that little gem. How could I forget the \'Bettys\"? ???
The French names are most likely do to StarTrek being a canadian show. I didn\'t believe it myself, until a few years ago while up in Canada (Niagra). I found this really cool StarTrek museum with a bunch of original sets on loan. I went there on a Saturday night around 9PM; Niagra being a party town, only me and my sister were in the place. The gaurd was busy tring to make time with the ticket girl, and was hanging-out outside of the exhibit. Being a die-hard Trekkie and a bit of a felonious nature, I slipped under the ropes so my sis could take some pics...
Sorry about the piss poor quality, my scanner crapped out three weeks ago and I had to take a picture of pictures (the glare is terrible!). This of course is a crowning achievment in a trekkies life! I also have pics of me with the original Enterprise from the first movie located down in Paramount\'s Kids kingdom in VA. I snuck under the ropes there too, but the security people yelled at me (not before the wife got off a pic though)
I went to the Smithsonian in Washington DC JUST to see the StarTrek exibit in the Air and Space museum (so I could get pics of me with the ORIGINAL Enterprise) by the #%$^ing was closed!!!

MT - if you are ever in Hollywood, go to the Hollywood museum so you can get your pic taken on the Next Generation bridge (and no need to climb under the ropes - they encourage you to sit in the chair).
