New GW Tallern?

Just read in the english WD that GW wil be releasing Tallerns in march. Does anybody know how the will look or are they just going to use the Forgworld models like they did with some of the new Tau stuff? Anybody have a pic or anything?

Only a few things like Battlesuits and Tau without armour

They\'ve add some of the tau vehicles, you know the standard gunship you could buy, but with the extra bits that forge world orginally made

Dont know about Tallarn but theres talk of greatcoated (Valhallan, Steel Legion and a new Coassack themed) IG for the next Campaign

They have a few picutre s on the games-worskhop web-site, but when looking at their advance order shopping page, they are just re-selling the old miniatures.

The olny new ones on the site are the Tallern rough riders, which are new models riding horses.

@Talion - the Tallarn Rough Riders have been available for a long, long time. But they may have been Mail Order only, not sure???

A lot of people seem to be thinking that GW have made the decision not to do new Tallarn models because of the current situation in the Middle east. I think this could be valid

As to new stuff - FW do seem to be taking up the slack - they have made new weapons teams, a sentinel and the camelesque things over the last year or so.

@Swordwind - I think those guys are the Vostroyans. But I think they are only going to be in metal

There is a new metal IG regiment due out this summer, and the Tau stuff is generally plastic versions of some of the FW vehicles. Hadn\'t heard anything new on Tallarns

I hope they don\'t stop the Talleran just because what is going on in the Middle East. Everyonme in the Middle East aren\'t evil or bad. So must we assume that anything that resembles people there is bad?

Well with all the new tallarn stuff just done by forge worl I doubt you will see new GW metal models. The forgeworld releases seemed to fill the gaps the metal range lacked.

The just did the same thing with the Cadians and I can ony hope they will do it with some of the other Guarg regiments like the Valhallans.

If Forgeworld were to do a new Guard army..My vote would be for Death World of Kreig.
