My name is Luis Alberto Cayo and I am a visual effects artist that would like to transition to the world of miniatures. I’m excited to introduce you to our new line of miniatures “Kaeyous”. Heavily inspired by the works of Frazetta, Druillet, Morbius, Bisley and many other Heavy Metal artists. This is a sci-fi post apocalyptic-samurai world where we find wizardry, demons, demi-gods, ancient creatures, forgotten tribes, dragons, and damsels in distress.
We just put up our first miniature: “Tentacle of the deep” on our online shop here: www.Kaeyous.com This is a fully painted 50mm miniature for an introductory prize of $12.95.
Here is the story that goes with it:

As soon as we saw land in the distant horizon we knew it wouldn’t be long till we found peril. But, prepared as we thought we were, none of us anticipated the swift attack of this ungodly monster whose presence was only seen through the slimy tentacles that grabbed sailors and warriors alike and dragged them to the bottom of the sea, never to be seen again. I was there when the Sit-Hzo the sailor was telling jokes to keep us all entertained. Right in front of our eyes he was snapped away in a violent sweep. Three more sailors followed before we could figure out what was happening. A tentacle grabbed my leg and started pulling me away but I was able to cut it with my sword before I reached the edge of the deck. We fought as we always do. We won. Half the crew is missing... but dry land is within reach.
We’ll make it. At least to the shore.
