ok, since this subject seems to warrent it, and i\'m very easily confused

what the hell is footballing? its soccer right? are any of the rules different? i watch the BBC and they always have that commercial for \"footballer\'s wives\" and they show the soccer balls and stuff, but it\'s ever so confusing.

Well in Oz we call it Soccer. I mean we have rugby legue (called football) rugby union (called football) Aussie rules (called football) and soccer.

The only reason some of the aussies got into it is cause we made the world cup.

That\'s not really true - there are more registered soccer players in Australia than there are players registered with the other 3 codes combined. The media getting on the band wagon was a little pathetic but there are millions of genuine supporters here.
