yay! finally new minis after a long break. these fellows go with the orc brutes i posted individually awhile back. i like em, but they aret to flashy. like all rackham minis though, there are loads of little details everywhere, too many to show really.

i spent a lot of time on different leather techniques on these minis, there are probably at least 8 kinds on each mini. im feeling much more confident with my browns now.

i put some time in to my metallics again, but i feel like i still need to learn a lot about weathering techniques. the copper came out nicely too - i think im getting it down.

enough rambling:
orc crossbowmen

lets hear it, whatever \"it\" may be.

funny

edit: ouch! first vote was a 6, thats not a good sign....

thanks for the reply, and the vote! i did spend a lot of time on the faces, but i didnt showcase them very well. as for the metals, i know its unconventional, but whatever, i like it.

i updated the pic (to remove some graphics i didnt like) so i lost your vote...but thanks anyhow.

Ok so they are neat but I think they need a bit more contrast ans the metals need some work. Wheathering would be good but even a couple of washes would help. Noice job over all tho. Did the vote thing.

thanks for the feedback. again, the metals were a personal choice (i wanted a polished silver look), and i dont think i will change the style on any of my future orcs, but still, thanks for the feedback.
