I remember one guy who had clumps of earth and grass on his skellingtons.
They looked fab.
Straight from the ground.

Dark moon dragyn,
Do you live anywhere near the delaware memorial bridge? I host a painting night every thursday at a local gaming club called Days of Knights in Newark DE. It is 10 minutes from the bridge. Currently i have about 15 kids from 6 to 14 and a couple of adults who come each week. The parents bring their kids and hang out in the club with me while I teach them. I can help you with all the techniques not to mention the coolest thing it is FREE. If you want you can give me a call. Send me an email at ryounce3@comcast.net I\'ll send you my number or you can call the store at 302-366-0963 for info.

Wow, Slider, thanks for the offer, but unfortunately I work at night and I\'m probably somewhere between 1 1/2 - 2 hrs away from you, or I\'d try to make it. My local Gaming Store has a paint night on Thurs too, but unfortunately I\'m always at work so I can\'t make it, but I\'m rather friendly with the owner since I\'ve been coming in there sporadically since they first opened a few years ago, so he\'s been really cool with me.

He\'s trying to get me to buy Confrontation minis, that way I can use them in my D&D games and I can also play the games at the same time. I\'m this close | | to buying them too, they are some of the most gorgeous minis I have seen so far and the game system looks interesting. But enough with the rambling....Thanks again for the offer. I\'m just going to have to practice, practice, practice. I\'ll post picks sooner or later so everyone can see my first minis

Thanks,
DMD

Ok, one other question.....I have a mini almost done....Was wondering where I should post it so I can get comments on it.

Thanks,
DMD :innocent:

I think WIP\'s go in here or in the Painting section, but I thought he was posting a finished mini...I read a bit too quickly I think.

Question about photography...I know that to get the best picture, you most likely need the best equipment. But all I have right now is my sister\'s digi cam and a crappy lighting. I have a booklight that is adjustable and has the bright obnoxious bluelight on it. Any help with a simple photograph would be appreciated.

Thanks,
DMD
