Not necessarily, I\'ve had a number of issues with my COOLMINIORNOT pages loading properly this weekend and got the old \"This image has been reported\" message.
It could be due to the ISP playing up, connection dropping, the way the wind blows, or people being in too much of a hurry.

As far as I understand it people can\'t \'report\' images.
An image is \'reported as broken\', by the system, if it fails to load for whatever reason. That doesn\'t mean the image is removed or anything. It just means that one of the Administrators will check the link at some point.
Links to pictures are generally the weakest when it is being remotely hosted.
