About this new stuff...

WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT!

I'm not quite getting the point of being able to purchase nearly 10,000 pretend beers, or 22 Egberts. And, having used similar forums at Urban75 and Theology Online, there are some functions I'm missing in the forums here, namely the ability to insert hyperlinks, pics, etc. I know there are ways around it, but why not the options? Polls anyone? It's all very exciting, but I'm a bit lost.

For the tools for inserting pics, hyperlinks etc. you must set your editor mode to standard or WYSIWYG in Edit Options in your User CP. Don't know what the beers are for, though. I got mine given to me... Thanks Scott! :)

I guess i could live without them with the current settings on the forum... :D

But to be serious, as Ritual said, you need to enable it in your profile settings, rather irritating but at least you only have to do it once.
