Teaching myself how to paint off the internet. Unfortunately i am poor so just using craft paints at the moment. Constructive Criticism is very welcomed. Here are a few of my favorites I have done. Otherwise check out my gallery I have posted all I have painted. Thanks in advance.

Hey and welcome to the work in project page! Take my criticism with a grain of salt as I’m far from the level of most painters here. For just tabletop use they look good. Most people aren’t going to be looking closely at your minis. If you want to improve though I’d suggest cleaning up some of the areas where different material touches. Also giving some more shadows and highlights will add extra depth to the minis. Your off to a great start though, keep at it, keep posting and keep improving.

More shades by making some washes, really simple just add water if these are water base, the pigments will accumulate at the bottom creating shades :D

Washes take longer to dry as they often pool in the crevices. I’m not sure how long you are waiting to clear coat but I’d give your mini 24-48 hours before you apply the clear coat.
