Boy do i get it in the neck for that last point!!! from all these tool ideas i m gonna say a great big desk to put it all on!!!

Have you got a vice and a good lamp set up, thats pretty important? I just bought a great little model vice which is on a ball and socket joint so you can manouver it into any position.

Be creative.....think outside the box. There are ENDLESS tools all around you it's just a matter of recognizing them.
Mechanical pencils can make GREAT flush rivet's. Hypodermic needles are good too. You can get them at farm supply stores with no prescription. Shocking how big some of those things are!! OUCH!

Also in line with this does can any one recomend a good brush cleaning solution. Preferable a liquid type.

Windsor and Newton make a good one but it's toxic, you may have to re-think that brushlicking icon.
