These guys have been on my desk for far too long (sorry Ian, and thanks for your patience and understanding) but are now painted up.

I tried to use the metallics technique as shown recently in the articles, using no inks and only opaque glazes and washes to simulate shading and weathering. The bases are simply sculpted wood floor planks.

Fun and interesting figures to say the least!

Wow - those are some really cool sculpts, and you have done a great job on them! That sponge looks like it came straight off the supermarket shelf! Great vibrant colors, great weathering.

Thanks Treide! It\'s amazing what a little reading in the article section can do... My first try at the \"metallics\" method recently in the section. A bit rough and still need some practive, but the technique is far superior to inking metals for sure!!!
