Let the speculation begin
Intriguing due to an absence on the box art of who we might have been expecting.
Night’s Watch Heroes has Qhorin Halfhand front and centre. I think the one armed Donal Noye, was leaked standing next to the Night’s Watch catapult. He would match Michael Shinnal’s cryptic mention of support for artillery pieces.
No idea who the old fellow is left of centre. The archer could be Silk, but I think that’s unlikely.
Free Folk Heroes. I would assume that’s Ygritte next to the Lord of Bones. Not sure who the others are though.

Pictures are from a Facebook group my friend belongs to.
Agreed on Donal and the Halfhand. And possibly Silk? None of the others look like Sam, unless maybe he’s the one sitting in the back. Cotter Pyke would be my guess for the older guy, and maybe Thorne or a Benjen before he goes missing?
FF looks like Ygritte, Lord of Bones, and the it gets tricky. Harma is a good possibility. Maybe the Weeper, Jarl, and or the Magnar of Thenns. Tho they could have Othell, pre death, or Ryk.

Qhorin Halfhand, Donal Noye, Benjen Stark, Ser Denys Mallister or Othel Yarwyk, Ulmer of the Kingswood/Squire Dalbridge and potentially Sam and Gilly (though I can’t see them on the boxart). Some people believe Janos Slynt or Alliser Thorne to be in the set.
