NMM Recipies

I\'m looking to start trying NMM and am looking to purchase some colors needed for this process. As of now I use primarily VGC and VMC. Can anyone suggest colors from that line to use for this?

What kind of NMM? Silver is fairly straightforward. Gold can be a pain.

as for gold right now I\'m experimenting with black--> sn. leather. sn. leather + bubonic brown and finally add white.
