I jist needed to blog this awesomepost from Persifal Wip thread. He just brought some nice thoughts aboit the silver NMM aproximation.
Thanks Bob, I like paint faces and on smaller scale it is easier to me.
I promised some silver nmm tutorial on Facebook, so some preparatins was made.
Colors from original paint, only grey colors. I ignored the blue tone. But the original paint is good reference, how light looks on shapes. Look at pictures with rotation.

Colors on real silver. It is posible, that yellow tone in highlights is tone from light, but I like it and Scale75 nmm set has silmilar color. Coincidence? Note sharp gradients to dark tones and highlights and overall midtones.
