Can I use the method of NMM (Like seeing the enviorment\'s colors in the weopon) with metallics?

If the answer is a yes, should I use the earthly colors with matte or metallics?

Yes, I think that\'s the only way to acheive good metallics.
And shadows should be done in matte colors, because it gives you controle on the light. On real mettalic shadows don\'t shine (duh) and to acheive the same effect on mini you need to dull the mettalic pigments.

Yes :) Spanish Team are all absolute masters with metallics, you are right about the dull shadows. Albert Moretó Font\'s Dark Elf, and Nano\'s Space Marine are the first ones that spring to mind. Have a look at Jakob Nielsen\'s stuff, too, for great metallics.

You should always do your metallics with the basic NMM technique whether using metalic paint or not.
However, I\'ve never seen anyone attempt SENMM or a chrome look with metalic paints and would be interested to see what you come up with.
