No longer a Reaper Virgin

Finished my first Reaper, a lesser demon sergeant.

Lots of experimentation on this one, including white highlights on black to get that PVC or shiny leather look (not sure it worked though).

Not quite a PVC look.. but definately has a great shiny quality. PVC has this super extreme highlight to it.. kinda weird.. I think it would reflect more light back, but if you go with a straight highlight, it will look awkward.

Great job! I love the base.. reaper models are quickly becomming my favorite fantasy models.

That base is very cool! Both the sculpting and painting work really well! The glowing sword came out pretty well, too. I agree w/ SaintRigger on the boots - not wuite PVC look, but they work. The one thing I would have liked to see would have been a little more work on the wings. They just seem a little flat. I don\'t know why. Maybe because they are such an expanse of relatively flat space ???.

Anyway, very nice work, Trevor. I gave it an 8.
