Dear CMON staff,
I have patiently waited for 3 months now for my Wave 2 Sedition Wars package. It has not yet arrived, despite being provided with a tracking number and e-mail notification. I have already sent a message to the support e-mail supplied in the notification, and was advised to check with local customs.
I have done so, and was told by local customs that the package has never left the USA.
I have sent a second message to support staff to determine what has occurred, but have awaited 4 more weeks without a response.
I would appreciate it if someone would troubleshoot this and determine what has happened. Failing that, I would like to request for a refund of my full Wave 2 Sedition Wars pledge, if possible.
