I did let it set a bit because otherwise it was almost pulling from the surface and creating little spikey parts.
In some places that this happened I went over the surface with a sanding block with about 400 (maybe?) grade sand paper.
The stuff I use is called Wall Putty... I assume it\'s the same as filler. Finding stuff in Japan is a pain in the ass! >_<
