As a VW owner I feel sorry for the beetle since VWs are already perfect. However, it is a beetle . . . so . . . anything that can make them cooler to drive is ok. They are kinda gay lookin\'.

Wonder how this idea got cooked up.

As my wife just said:
\"Whatever Spins your wheels\".

Personally I\'m not keen on the New version of the VW Beetle preferring the Classic & Jenns Types. (but Hey I\'m Old so what the Heck)

Oh, I absolutely hate the new beetle, but a Jet powered car...
It\'s like a paradox, the feminine sissiness of the beetle, with the macho hoorah of a jet engine.

I\'d probably put the jet on a \'67 Malibu or an El Camino.

Or just to piss a lot of people off and be completely un PC put the jet on a H1 humvee.

Yummy.

yes, but could you imagine the knife and fork wielding crowd this could create in a mere few seconds?

i would be terrified, but if it did happen it would be pretty comical:D.

It looks odd.. a bit like it\'s been raped by that jet-engine. I would have no issues driving around in a new beetle though. The old ones don\'t fit our climate very well. :)
