I think it is over priced, BUT, who will be laughing if it sell for that price? I wouldnt call it cheeky as much as gutsy.

Ooo, please post a topic with links big and obvious for us to see. I won\'t be able to afford \'em but I\'m dead curious to watch the bidding.

The marine might just be a posting mistake. All the sellers other auctions in his \"all my pictures\" that I looked at were much more reasonable, ending at $30-80ish.

Just a thought...

Well the thing about ebay is.. something is only worth what a seller is willing to pay for it. So Ive seen things sell high that Im totally confused as to whyanyone would pay that amount and Ive seen things so low Id wish Id been there to bid on them.

I guess what im saying is if the seller gets what hes asking well then good for him. If the buyer is happy with what he got for his money paid then good for him to..

I look at it like this, I once got $68.00 for a single small unpainted 28 mm figure on ebay..I was totally flabbergasted at the money I was paid and the buyer was totally freeking out that he had won the figure and was very happy.

To each his own is what I say.
