The sculpting is beautiful, and I adore the setting, camera and all.
However, I can\'t help thinking the pose makes him look like he\'s just been kicked in the nads.

I feel sorry for 1-7!

I think 8 is worth a 9! I\'d give it a 10 but then how could I rate the painted version higher?

hello chaps,

here he is for voting fun.*edit* updated pictures and link :)

new votey thing

I\'m glad that the pain filled look comes across well, it\'s not easy being a hunted alien military hybrid you know :)

seriously, I wanted there to be an eliment of sorrow in this one, just because of his situation and background, more of that on the website....comming soon :D

thanks for the comments and votes guys, much apriciated

\"sorrow\"

Is it intentional that the base sculpt resembles a gallows ?
Its a superb mood setting thingy.

He does look like he needs to pee though. Sort of spoiling it for me but I would reserve judgement on that till I see more angles.

EDIT
More angles on the main submission and I think the left knee could do with moving out a bit to get around the needing to pee look.

Sweet work damn you I just wish I hadn\'t seen this or your other models as I will be even further steps away from being a millionaire as I hand you my cash.
Love the muscle structure and the face really sweet.
One question on the positioning.
Is he injured. He sort of has the staggering in pain look. This isn\'t a bad thing if anything it\'s great to see a different style of pose with great mood. Would like to see more angles to appreciate it more..
Keep em coming.

I think you too would have a pained look on your face if you had some metal cup rivited to your crotch. OUCH! lol

evening,

right then, I have updated the photo\'s of this little chap cos I wasn\'t really very happy with the shiny skin tone and my photoshop gradient skills need a bit more work :D
Sorry to the good people that had already posted comments, but rather than put up more images with the tag *better pictures* I just removed the old ones, the voting link in my last post has been updated :)

I think that this one will retail at £35 mostly cos of the size of the bloody base ( I got a bit carried away with that one)

@Klute, y\'know I would love to be able to take credit for the fact that the arch looks like a gallows but it was totally accidental :)....erm....I ment yes but of course, I did that intentionally :D

the leg pose works better in 3d, he looks like he is hauling himself about and kind of suporting himself on the upright column at the same time....bless him.

thanks for the comments chaps :)

@Capt spalding - This looks excellent. I\'m not sure if this has been discussed in your previous threads (I seem to remember a cool soldier-type guy) but what are your business plans for this range. Are you going to set up a website for selling them?

How many of each are likely to be cast up?
Also, what part of the world are you in, I would guess from the email address that you are in the UK

Sorry for all the questions, but I find these very exciting as I like larger scale stuff a lot

Cheers

I don\'t think that I have really spoken much about the range yet just cos I really wanted to get it all out at the same time as the site.
It was intended to be up a while ago , it is however progressing and I should be able to shout about it rather soon :)

My main aim is to keep doing sci-fi in both this scale and also in 54mm I am thinking of the same characters in different poses for the 54mm stuff, I can put a lot more into the setting in 54 just because it\'s a quicker scale to work at.

If I\'m right Matt then you work at GW? If so then my studio is about five minutes drive from you, behind the Marcus Garvey centre on Lenton Boulevard!!
I\'m doing a bit of work with JB at the moment so i\'m @ GWHQ about once a week.

The figures aren\'t limited but I\'m a small/new compant so I guess that 100 of each piece might end up in existance.

Its cool Matt, answering questions is not a problem :)

Nice work Seth, as soon as Paypal let me use my account again I will be in touch. Looks like I won\'t be going on holiday now so might as well spend the money on something enjoyable :D beside beer.

I don\'t work at GW, but I do some occasional freelance painting for Forgeworld. Thanks for the answers, sounds like this is going to be a great range

@Spacemunkie - looking good, the stubble works well

Cheers
