Nurgle Plague Marine

Another from me (again for the IP contest - theme 'Wet'). A Nurgle marine on a heavily weathered base. Built mainly from plasticard and bits from a plastic kit, which have been suitably hacked up. The back pack, steel tank was made from green stuff and plasticard strips.

The black base plinth is actually a cup thing that you put under a sofa or chair - dead cheap from Wilkos :D

Nice work Beelzebrush, I particularly like the brighter shades on the mini to keep him distinct from the base, his blue eyes work brilliantly for pulling my view to the centre :good:

Little niggle :) volume of water coming from the drop pipe is less than that flooding off the base. Where's the extra come from? I think the water should drain down into the sand of the terrain rather than coming over the display edge, though that might be just because I think it's a less successful use of clear plastic than other areas which are very neat indeed.

Keep up the good work, cheers, B.

Aye, I dislike the stuff running over the edge and I'm going to remove it. I hadn't really thought about the different volumes of water to be honest :). I thought about colouring the water but as it's a themed pice, I wanted to avoid confusion with slime and mud.
