Good things do happen, yesterday I had the news I\'ve been waiting for, for nearly 3 months. I\'ve sold my house now I can move away from the spawn of satan (ex girlfriend :flame: ). My joy at this is immense, it means I can get back to painting. Also in the bigger picture i can get my life back to running how i like it. O HAPPY DAYS :flip::bouncy::flip:

I\'ll drink to that :drunk: , been split for nearly 4 months but cause we bought the house together we had to wait to sell the place before we could move out (damn lack of £$). That was awkward i mean real awkward like waking up to a thick layer of bad feelings every day. But as I always say if you got oxygen in your lungs and blood pumpin you aint dead so aint no point in actin like it

Congrats! We just had our offer accepted for a new house and I can\'t wait to move in. I\'ll actually have a basement and we\'re planning on having his/hers hobby rooms downstairs. I\'ll honestly have something I can call a paint table!:flip:
Meanwhile, our old house sits on the market. California is dead. We\'ve had three showings in nearly 50 days. And that\'s normal for right now, so its not too much panic. Luckily, I got in at a good time and the payments for both houses will be high, but they\'ll be at the same amount we\'d have to be paying for rent, so it works out okay. Just not going to get any GW stuff for a while! lol That should save about half a mortgage payment right there!

I know what your sayin about renting to mortgage, would cost me nearly more to rent than to buy, stupid really. Seemed to take ages for the house to sell, mine at the mo is south facing right into a valley. Did people like the nature all around them did they f***, there were too many cows, too many sheep, too many insects and strangly enough in the midst of all the lovely greenery there wasn\'t enough tarmac damn city dwellers. (no offence meant just don\'t like it when people don\'t like the free fun park that is nature)
