Given your recent court experience MPJ how would you react if they had found the defendant in your recent case not guilty. You know he did it, but it is entirely possible for a court to find he didn\'t do it.

All the civil trial did was say he probably did it and should pay, the criminal trial just said he may not have done it.

Well I would have flipped and probablly been arrested myself for what I was prepared to say to the court.

There is a difference though. I KNOW that bugger in my case was guilty because I was there. I was not there when OJ most likely killed his ex and her bo, I have not studied the evidence as closely as the jury nor heard all the witness statements as they did (only what the press wanted us to see).

Not at all saying that OJ is innocent, just saying that I don\'t know and none of us (unless we were in the courtroom throught the trial) are really in possession of all the evidence and are really therefore not qualified to pass judgement. Now, being human beings we are going to judge anyway (yes, even I have my own ideas as to guild/innocence of OJ). What I ment earlier is that it isn\'t really fair that he\'s \'not guilty\' but still \'criminally responsible\', but then again since when is life fair? I do however wish I had been jumped by a gang of rich people so I might have a chance at recovering financial damages suffered. I put in a claim to the courts for $30k, in reality it\'s much higher, but won\'t actually get any \'cause you can\'t garnish a welfare check.

As to the book and show specifically... Sick shit, no doubt, the title alone is offensive, but I find it odd how people everywhere are calling it a \'confession\' when none of them have actually read it. Again passing judgement based on what the press tells us, something I can\'t bring myself to do as I trust the press about as far as I can throw it.
